This is my beloved Lina, she stayed with me for 17
wonderful years.
She was the only to go outdoors of my 7 cats. It was impossible to
have her
indoors since she spent her first year outdoors.
But she was a very sensible cat and manage to stay
out of the traffic
and streets and she always spent the nights indoors.
It was safe and well even though she came home late now and then.
But one Monday morning in February 2003 she went
out in the morning
and never came back. A foretelling lady told me an elderly couple
had found her nearby and that she wanted to live with them.
Her leg was hurt when they found her. And she was jealouse of the
kitten
we just had got, Tintin, we took care of him so he could live and
not be put to sleep
. Lina and Tintin didn't get along well, so it might have been true
what the lady told us.
The worse part is that we couldn't say goodbye to
her, not knowing for sure
what's happend to her. We were so close and it became so empty without her.
It has taken me one year to move her to this page,
but now it feels
okay to do so. She will always be with me.
We miss you a lot, my friend.
